What Medicare Beneficiaries CAN DO:
Return to original Medicare by leaving their MA or MAPD plan
If they are leaving a MAPD plan, they may enroll in a stand alone PDP plan
They may choose a Medicare supplement but this enrollment period does not give them a GI enrollment (they may be subject to underwriting)
What Medicare Beneficiaries CANNOT DO:
Move from one MA / MAPD plan to another
Enroll in a MA or MAPD plan
Choose a new PDP plan if they are already enrolled in one
