Important Updates from Guaranteed Trust Life:
Effective January 2, 2014 the Durable Medical Equipment rider will be discontinued on the Advantage Plus products. They have revised the brochures, applications, rates and outlines of coverage to reflect the change.
Effective January 2, 2014 they will no longer be offering the old Ambulance and Skilled Nursing Facility riders in the states that have approved the new riders. All applications dated December 31st and earlier must be submitted by January 6, 2014.
Here is a listing of those states: AL, AR, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, ME, MI, MO, MT, NE, NC, NM, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WV.
