Home Health Care, which is currently covered 100% under Medicare, may be costing Medicare recipients more within the 2014 budget proposal.
According to the NCPA (National Center for Policy Analysis) there is a proposed $100 copayment proposed, which represents roughly 3% of the average cost of the a home heath episode. The average cost being $3,000.
