Enrollment Kits – continue to use the 2013 AARP Medicare Supplement Enrollment Kits until otherwise advised – the kits are still available on the Agent Portal – go to Products and Information – click on Materials – click on Sales Materials – click on 2013 not 2014 – click on any County – click on Search – click on Medicare Supplement and you will see the 2013 Kits – we will let you know when the 2014 kits are available.
Guarantee Acceptance – please review the Guarantee Acceptance Options on page 10 of your Agent Handbook incase members need Guarantee Acceptance during OEP.
2014 Certification - if you have already certified for the AARP Medicare Supplement Product for 2014 great – if you haven’t certified for 2014 AARP Medicare Supplement, and you want to be paid for 2014 enrollments, it is imperative that you do before you enroll anyone with a January 1st 2014 effective date.
